Booth/Spaces – FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
Outdoor Combo Space in the grass:
20′ x 40′ – $40/day (Includes campsite in booth with electric & water. No sewage, but a holding tank is available at the N.W. corner of the coliseum.)
Outdoor Space in the grass:
20′ x 20′ – (no electric, no water), $20/weekend
Indoors: 10′ x 10′ – $30/weekend
Campsite: $30/weekend – in remote camping area – (includes electric & water, but no sewage)
Tables are not available to rent. If you use tables for your setup, please bring your own.
Vendor may not share their booth or sublease it. Booths accommodate 2 adults and 2 vehicles. Booths must remain open and staffed during the hours of the show. All merchandise must be clearly priced and available for sale. Booths must be set up no later than ½ hour before the show opens each day. NO EARLY PACKING. Please be courteous to customers by having your merchandise available for purchase until the show closes each day. If you use tables, they must have table coverings. Electric cords may NOT cross walkways or be above booths. All tents/canopies must be properly anchored. If not, you will be asked to remove them.
Set-up is Friday, August 11, 8 am to 8 pm. Please do not arrive before 8 am on August 11. We appreciate your cooperation in forming a line at the main gate on East Fairground Street. Please bring your RECEIPT with you the day of set-up. No one will be admitted to set-up without their receipt! No Exceptions. Your receipt will be emailed to the email address provided on the Vendor Registration. Please be courteous to fellow vendors and park off to the side of the roadways and buildings to allow the right-of-way to others entering the fairgrounds. Once you have unloaded your vehicles and or trailers, please move them to the designated parking areas. Vendors may not put nails or any hardware on any of the walls, doors, windows or any permanent fixtures at the fairgrounds. No alterations of the rented space is permitted. No signage that infers “going out of business” or “liquidation sale” or “½ off sale” will be permitted. If you choose to place this type of sign in your booth, expect to be asked to remove it. When the show ends on Sunday, no vehicles will be permitted to move to the booth areas until 3 pm when the show is closed. PLEASE BE KIND AND CLEAN UP YOUR SPACE AND REMOVE ALL YOUR ITEMS AT THE END OF THE SHOW! Place your trash in the trash cans provided. Kindly remove everything you brought with you, we do not want to clean up after you. Buckeye Classic Antique Show reserves the right to clear and dispose of any property not taken off the premises at the close of the show on Sunday, August 13. This property will be deemed abandoned by the vendor. All costs of such removal, labor & shipping shall be charged back to and paid for by the vendor.
Paid advertising for this event (may) include, numerous local and out-of-town newspapers, radio, flyers, posters, cards, other printed resources, websites, City of Marion local businesses, and (may) be distributed throughout several states and our website.
Remote campsites are limited and will be assigned on a first come/first serve basis. They are $30/weekend. All have electric & water hookups. No sewage, but a holding tank is available at the N.W. corner of the coliseum. No campfires. Some outside booths accommodate campers. Those are listed as Outdoor Combo Space in the grass. If your vehicle/trailer is longer than 20′, you may have to rent two spaces or detach your vehicle and park in the parking lot. Please inquire prior to show date to determine if yours will fit! Restrooms and showers are available 24 hr. in the coliseum.
In order to hold your booth(s), Registration Form must be returned and full payment must be received no later than August 1, 2017. Payment in the form of check, money order or by PayPal on our website, will be accepted. If you pay late, we reserve the right to re-assign your booth.

Animals of any kind are permitted as long as they are on a leash on the fairgrounds.
Cancellations, Refunds, Dismissals
This show will be held rain or shine. There are no weather related refunds or credits. If you have paid for your booth and you are not in your space and set up by 8:00, we reserve the right to re-rent your booth. Notification of withdrawal from the show and requests for refund must be made in writing as follows: Withdrawals after Aug 1, 2017, can be made in writing or by phone; however, no refund will be issued.
With the signing of the show contract, the vendor agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the show. Violating trademark regulations, selling of pornographic material, wild animals, firearms, rifles, or automatic weapons is prohibited. The host reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, if the vendor breaches this agreement or any show rules. If this occurs, no deposit or paid fees/rents will be refunded. The host reserves the right to utilize photographs, videos, etc. of the vendors merchandise and booth space for advertisement. Vendors signature on the show contract authorizes the same.
Liabilities and Disclaimers
Buckeye Classic Flea Market & Craft Show has general liability insurance. This does not cover the vendor’s booth contents, visitors within the confines of the vendors leased space, or the vendors personnel. If the show is canceled for any reason, the contract for booth space shall terminate and the exhibitor shall waive any claims, except the return of paid rental fees, which will be fully reimbursed regardless of the date of cancellation. Vendors shall not perform any acts or carry on any practices which may injure anyone or be a nuisance to others. The rented booth space may not be used for any business or purpose which violates any public, county, city, state or federal ordinances.
General admission into the fairgrounds is $5 per person. Vendors must show their wristband, which will be given at the gate the day of setup, to re-enter the fairgrounds at all times.
Vendors are responsible for all applicable state and local taxes and licenses.
